Evolve Island Recently went threw a ReDesign, After only 1/3rd of it rented out, The new Design is Nice, With a nice river running threw the middle, It matched the plan we discussed to a tee. But There seems to be a problem… Noone is renting again. But heres the problem with Evolve. When Ty Sets the land for rent, He dosent price it accordingly to the day of the month, Its stayed 2.0 per meter till the final 5 days. Noone will rent at that, So Evolve really cant be reviewed till next month, So stay tuned. But so far Evolve gets a 3 out of 5
