As some know, I have been talking about buying Unreal, AND another sim. But the other sim will ahve to be down the road sometime. I wanted to get 4 of those Low Prim, or void sims. And possibly rent those out to people. these sims seem VERY useful. But still unsure of that. When i did some research i wanted one MORE and MORE. Well Fineally i found this… “if you wish to convert an estate into Openspaces, you can do this so long as you still own at least one estate after the conversion, for the Openspaces to be anchored to. Similarly you can convert Openspaces back into normal land if you wish. Either way, there’s a conversion charge of USD$100.” So basically all i ahve to do i get one, Convert it, And Boom, i have it. But I have to own Unreal at the SAME TIME otherwise it will mess up, Sooo. Any Offers to sell?
